Michael Hauf was born and raised in
StoneHarbor and is a former employee and the new owner of SHAPE. He has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Biological Sciences. Michael is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer with six years experience. Additionally, he is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. He is also a KettleBell Concepts Advanced Kettlebell Instructor which he utilizes in much of his training. His most recent work experience includes the
WilliamG.RohrerCenter for Health Fitness, a medically-based facility, associated with
VirtuaHospital in
Voorhees,
NJ and Future Fitness in
Cherry Hill,
NJ.
In addition to Michael, Julie Mullan is a American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has been with SHAPE for two years and is currently continuing her education by testing for her ACE Advanced Health and Fitness Specialization. Julie specializes in one-on-one personal training, customizing programs to meet each client's specific needs.
Zachary Bischoff received his personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) through which he is also testing for his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization. He is a former Division I NCAA swimmer who obtained his B.S. in Exercise Science from Towson University in Maryland. He has previous experience as an intern with Crown Therapists and most recently has been a trainer with Elite Athletic Performance in Seaville, NJ. He brings to SHAPE a proven reputation for working well with all ages, fitness levels, and abilities and specializes in corrective exercise, performance, and endurance sports.

PREHAB:Geared specifically to prevention and management of arthrokinematic and muscular dysfunction. Goals include unloading overused tissues and correcting faulty movement patterns allowing you to reduce joint stress, reduce pain, prevent injury, and function as your body should.
RENEW: Comprehensive conditioning program developed specifically for cancer survivors. Goals include increasing strength, flexibility, treatment tolerance, functional capacity, and overall quality of life.
