SMR - Foam Rolling Class -
Saturday April 16th at 9 am
Stretch and relax with personal trainer,
Stephani Falcone, CPT
* Using Self Myofascial Release technique (foam rolling), stretch and work out any ‘kinks’ you may have built up by overworking and overstressing your body
* Go home with a foam roller to continue on your path to alleviating pain!

Running Club - 8 week course starting the first week of April
*Train for a 10k or a half marathon
*Learn techniques to help you run faster and smarter
