Barre- Join Kate for SHAPE BARRE and work your bod to increase lean muscle mass and flexibility while rocking out to fun and upbeat tunes. Barre combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and orthopedic exercises. No coordination or dance experience necessary.

Pilates- Improves core strength and flexibility with sensible mat exercises.
