Jen McGowan

Hatha Stretch Yoga Jen is excited to return to Shape as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training graduate through Verge Yoga in Wayne, PA. Having started her group exercise journey at Shape in 2016 as a barre instructor, Jen has taught spin, barre and pilates along the Jersey Shore and Main Line. Time with family, friends and nature fill her cup and she’s found that the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, has been instrumental in allowing her to be present for herself and others.

Taylor Moore

Pilates Sculpt Hi, my name is Taylor. I recently found my love for fitness a little over a year ago. I decided to become a pilates instructor to share this love with the people around me. I was certified through AFPA, and then took SREY Sculpt Instructor Development Training. I am currently a student at Holy Family University studying Management Marketing. I am from Philly and I’ve spent my summers living at the shore with my family.

Jackie Shragher

Mat Pilates Hi! My Name is Jackie Shragher and I am from Ivyland, PA, and I currently live in Conshohocken. I spend my summers in North Wildwood, NJ near Stone Harbor, which is one of my favorite places and really feels like home to me. I went to Bloomsburg University, where I played Division II field hockey, and earned my degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders before getting my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from La Salle University. I now work as a speech-language pathologist in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District, and I also coach field hockey and basketball. Movement has always been a big part of my life from sports growing up and in college to how I move now in everyday life. After college, I really found Pilates and sculpt-style classes as a way to slow down, feel strong, and actually connect to my body in a different way. I love how it all comes back to breath, control, and being present in what you’re doing along with some great music! My goal is for everyone to show up as their most authentic self in class, taking what you need, moving in a way that feels good for your body, and leaving feeling confident, strong, and a little more connected to yourself. I’m all about moving in a way that feels good for you; some days that’s strength and sculpt work, other days it’s slower Pilates flow. When I’m not teaching or coaching, I’m usually in North Wildwood, at the beach, with family and friends, or listening to live music down the shore.
