1. Swell Session
The Swell Session is a mat based workout inspired by barre + yoga + pilates + really REALLY great music. Classes include free weights, blocks, or simply your body, your mat, and your breath. Expect to strengthen the body, clear the mind, and nourish the spirit. Experience cathartic release through guided movements and a thoughtfully curated soundtrack. Drop in and let go. 1 hour sessions. All levels.
4. Hatha Stretch Yoga
An all-levels class with a focus on developing strength and steadiness. Mind, body and breath align as we move through our traditional Hatha practice. Finding stillness in the postures allows us to dial in on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscle groups working to support us in the poses. An intentional stretch session and restorative savasana rounds out our time on the mat, allowing fascia to release and life force to move through the channels we’ve opened in class. Find your edge, find your zen…It’s all good.
2. Mat Pilates
Join us on the mat for a full body workout using Pilates techniques that will strengthen, lengthen, and tone all areas of your body. Pilates movements will also improve flexibility, balance, and posture. This class will not only align and sculpt your body, but it will leave you feeling confident, relaxed, and happier! Pilates is not just about the body, but mindfulness as well. Each class will leave you feeling stronger and centered. Pilates is fit for all levels beginner to advanced. Shape's instructors offer layers and options for all bodies and abilities. In our classes, you will flow through the movements using your own body weight, as well as incorporating small weights, bands, and sliders. Get ready to sweat and feel like your best, strongest self!
5. Power Yoga
Power Vinyasa // Shannon's classes are empowering, grounding and rejuvenating. The class will loosely follow a journey-into-power vinyasa experience, while also adding fun movements to encourage a space of curiosity.
3. Human Reformer Pilates
Reformer benefits. Mat-based simplicity. Human Reformer Mat Pilates delivers the lengthening, strengthening, core-building magic of Pilates with equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, Pilates balls, etc. instead of the reformer. Expect controlled, precise, low-impact movement that strengthens your core, improves alignment, and leaves your body feeling longer, lighter, and stronger. Perfect for anyone who wants reformer-style results in an efficient, fun, and accessible format.
6. Barre
Barre is a full-body muscle endurance and functional strength workout. We’ll explore ranges of motion to get stronger for everyday life. This class also blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility. Expect to strengthen your mind-body connection as well by moving to the music of themed playlists and a few cognitive-based movement challenges.
