Pilates

My name is Kaitrin Mahoney and I am from Havertown, Pa. I grew up vacationing on the 7 mile island with my family and it is truly my happy place! I went to Saint Joseph's University and graduated with an undergraduate and masters degree in Special Education. I have been a special education teacher in the Philadelphia area for almost 8 years. In addition to teaching, I have always had a passion for wellness and exercise. I fell in love with Pilates during the pandemic lockdown. Pilates enabled me to realign and connect my body and mind, leaving me feeling stronger and happier after every workout! I have been hooked ever since and am now committed to helping people feel like their best, strongest, happiest selves. When I am not on the mat or reformer, I am cooking in the kitchen for friends and family, going for a run on the beach, or spending time with my 5 nieces and nephews!
