Hi! My name is Kendall Ammerman and I am from Glen Mills, PA. I have been spending summers in Avalon since I was born! I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a degree in Business Information Technology. I've always had a passion for movement, especially through sports. When the pandemic hit in 2020 and soccer practice was put on pause, I discovered mat Pilates and have been practicing ever since. I fell in love with how Pilates makes me feel, blending mindfulness with the burn of a great workout. As a Pilates teacher, my goal is to ensure that everyone who attends my classes leaves feeling strong, confident, and energized.
