A passionate storyteller at heart, I discovered the transformative power of visualization while navigating my own healing journey following my father's passing five years ago. As a 39-year-old publicist, strategist, and podcaster, I bring both professional expertise in communication and deeply personal experience to this sacred work. I believe meaningful connection happens beyond the surface of small talk, in the vulnerable spaces where real growth occurs. Known as an "open book" among friends and clients alike, I create containers where participants feel safe to explore their own depths with similar honesty.
